Once My Life Was a Game So Unfair

May 2, 2010

I just received some updates about my failure to obtain the internship at Qualcomm.  According to my friend who knows the girl who got the position said one of the likely reasons she got the job was because she has a connection who referred her.  Damn it, that’s cheap.  I hope she fucks up the job badly and makes Qualcomm extremely disappointed that they picked the wrong person for the job.  Because, that’s right, I would have done a better job.  Cocky?  No.  I’m just damn confident I could do a better job.  In a way though, I like to think that the bitch who stole my job needed help to get it.  If she didn’t have it, then it probably would’ve been me.   That’s probably not what would have happened, but that’s what I like to think.
